What would a real life Barbie look like?

“I’ve done my own calculations and she definitely doesn’t have the dimensions of most people, but they are no means grossly abnormal. I’m sure the measurements of baby dolls aren’t accurate but no one criticises them.”
The article notes that it kind of depends on how you do the scaling. The scaled-up dimensions of 27-20-29 doesn’t seem altogether outside the range of variation — they note that Brigitte Bardot had a 20″ waist. Just looking at the doll, it doesn’t really look that out of proportion.
