For the time being. We went down to where we were supposed to work — a logging/forest service type road — and about 2 miles in found that some construction crews had excavated a huge ditch across the road, thus blocking our way. Didn’t appear to be any viable alternative routes either, so we hung our heads in shame and drove home.
Well, after having a nice lunch at a roadside cafe.
